Terrence O’Neal, FAIA, LEED AP, is a highly experienced architect with over 30 years. Terrence is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey and serves as a Managing Principal at TONAB. Terrence has significant contributions to numerous major projects, particularly with New York City agencies. Terrence’s portfolio includes a diverse range of projects in sectors such as aviation, supportive housing, schools, and hospitals. In addition to his work in aviation infrastructure, Mr. O'Neal has been involved in managing several important housing projects, and group homes. Terrence is a distinguished member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and his accomplishments were recognized when he was elevated to the AIA College of Fellows, a prestigious honor in the architectural profession. His contributions to the field of architecture have been further acknowledged through numerous awards, including the Matthew W. Del Gaudio Service Award and the President’s Citation from the American Institute of Architects New York State (AIANYS).
