Anthony C. Baker, RA, FARA is an architect with over 40 years' experience as a principal and founder, licensed in New York, New Jersey and Florida. In addition to the airport projects, he was managing principal of the Allen AME Development Corp. housing project, a 54-unit development in Queens. He was also principal-in-charge of several projects funded by OASAS, including the Methadone Maintenance Program Facility for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and several OASAS-funded feasibility studies.
