Tonab was task with upgrading the existing windows and envelope, the building needed to restore the facades with extensive replacement of the outer parging of terra cotta block and installation of new bricks to the exterior wythe. This project involved completing exterior masonry improvements to enhance the structural integrity, appearance, and long-term durability of the building. Tonab assessed the existing conditions of this SHPO building, preparing the work area, and performing necessary repairs and installations using high-quality masonry materials. Tasks consisted of removing damaged or deteriorated sections, installing new brick/stone/block as needed, repointing mortar joints, and ensuring proper alignment and finish throughout the exterior façade. All work was completed following industry standards, safety guidelines, and site specifications. The final result provides a stable, weather-resistant, and visually consistent exterior that extends the life of the structure and improves overall curb appeal.
