TONAB was retained to undertake a comprehensive revitalization of an existing building, focusing primarily on addressing significant roof and wall deterioration. As part of the renovation, the entire roofing system was removed, including the damaged and cracked concrete fill and screed layers. In line with current energy efficiency standards, the thermal insulation was significantly upgraded. The reconstruction of the barcade parapets  accommodated the new roof profile and insulation depth. 

Additionally, the project included the design and installation of a new, modern playground. This outdoor space was thoughtfully planned to include designated zones tailored to various age groups and activity types, promoting both physical engagement and creative play.
