This Plaza deck, used as the school playground, was leaking in occupied spaces below to the extent that buckets were catching water in the Cafeteria below.  The design team specified removal 100% of the existing concrete and defective membrane, removal of ceilings below, repair of damaged and leaking pipes, new ceilings, and new concrete plaza deck to be used as the school playground.
