Leadership, Mentoring, and Networking for A&D Professionals Panel Discussion

In a town hall-like setting, Terrence O’Neal, FAIA, joined a panel of distinguished architects and designers at an LMNOP (Leadership, Mentoring, Networking and Opportunity) discussion on setting professional service fees. Topics included project management, global impacts and business practices in building and design. LMNOP is an organization that represents the interests of A & D professionals.

O’Neal is widely recognized as an advocate and leader for the industry and the community (he is a former president of AIANYS and board member of AIA National, former chair and current member of the Land Use & Waterfront committee for Manhattan Community Board 6), and a mentor to both students and architects. He has participated in and moderated numerous forums and served as a judge for various design competitions.
