The medical facility was designed to house the offices and treatment areas for dentistry, OBGYN, primary care facility, and a pharmacy. A complicated site with rock down 12'-0" and water table 6'-0". Piles were driven and the foundations and main structure was of structural steel. The facade was comprised of masonry, EIFS, and stone panels.
