The AIANY TORCH Mentorship Program convened a nationally-renowned panel of Fellows who shared experiences from their extraordinary careers and how, through their work and life, they have proactively addressed and advocated for a better, more equitable tomorrow. In being a panelist, Terrence shared stories from his work, projects, advocacy efforts, leadership and hurdles he has overcome while recognizing how traditional practice has perpetuatedinequity in the profession of architecture.
