Terminal 3, located between terminals 2 and 4 was demolished. Delta Airlines needed to get passengers from terminal 2 to terminal 4 and ACB was retained to design the facility that would take passengers (on air side) down the ramp via escalators and elevator to waiting buses for the transfer trip to terminal 4.
