ACB was retained to create new offices for the law firm and the challenge of transforming the building from an industrial look into one that is more relative to the new use. The entire facade was removed and redesigned using split ribbed blocks. 

New windows were placed in a horizontal band and a featured glass wall at the lobby.

The new interior consists of new offices, conference rooms, file storage and pantry and parking for the staff.
