Terrence E. O’Neal FAIA, LEED AP, has received the highest award granted by the American Institute of Architects, New York State (AIANYS), the James William Kideney Gold Medal Award. The honor is granted in recognition of a lifetime of notable contributions by an architect to the profession, the professional society, and the community. O’Neal previously received the AIANYS Matthew W. Del Gaudio Service Award, giving him the rare distinction of having received two of AIANYS’s highest honors. He has served in numerous roles with AIA National and AIANYS including president of AIANYS.
