He served as managing principal for several housing projects, such as the full renovation of Covenant House New York's flagship facility at 41st Street and 10th Avenue, the Lorraine Montenegro Women and Children's Residence, Bronx, NY for Acacia Network, and a group home for teenagers for Safe Horizon.
Anthony C. Baker, RA, FARA is an architect with over 30 years' experience as a principal and founder. In addition to the airport projects, he was managing principal of the Allen AME Development Corp. housing project, a 54-unit development in Queens. He was also principal-in-charge of several projects funded by OASAS, including the Methadone Maintenace Program Facility for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and several OASAS-funded feasibility studies.
